Chapel Properties (Mark Crisp) took on a complete renovation of our back garden. Mark was so easy to deal with and all his staff who worked here were amazing !
They were conscientious of the plants and trees that were to remain. The workers were very tidy when removing all slabs, steps and pond and they cleared up every day to make sure the garden remained tidy. The old slabs were replaced with a new slabs and borders were created which look amazing.
We are so pleased with the quality of workmanship; we are now having our front garden renovated by Chapel Properties. We highly recommend Mark and his team at Chapel Properties.

A pragmatic approach and some expert suggestions on how to approach the temporary works enabled our project, to reconfigure the ground floor of our house, to proceed safely but with the least disruption. John Kent (2019-20)
We used Chapel Properties for a complete remodelling/refurb of a large 5-bedroom house in Aldeburgh which needed to be converted back to one residence after being split some fifteen years ago. The job took 5 months in 2019 and the contract was in excess of £250k.
We have used many builders over our time but I must say Chapel have been the best. They kept to time and were rigorous/fair to generous in dealing with contract variations through their commercial manager – crediting us when the specified work was not required. They also came up with modifications which made some of the changes suggested by the engineers and architects unnecessary (and more sightly).
In terms of after sales service they have also been impeccable. The contracts manager has always been available and helpful in dealing queries/issues post completion. He has also gone beyond the call of duty in addressing issues which were not strictly covered in the initial contract.
I wish other builders were as responsive, creative, professional and represented such good value for money. Unreserved Recommendation.
