Steps Cottage
Steps Cottage is a unique house set in a Suffolk coastal town requiring major TLC. It underwent a full renovation, from roof repairs to new bespoke wooden windows, gas central heating system, re-writing throughout, a beautiful fitted kitchen and 2 bathrooms to complement the 2 large bedrooms.
The oak staircase was adapted to be more traditional and valuable storage cupboards were made to fit under stairs.
Walls were removed to create a kitchen/diner & bespoke Oak doors made and fitted to the rear of the house with natural light. To compliment the details of the house retro-style block paving was laid in a herring bone pattern in the courtyard and a new gate made and fitted. Small details such as worktop from Marbleworks we fitted the kitchen supplied by Wren, aluminium guttering and down pipes exude quality to a fresh painted house.
