North Sea House
North Sea House is a stone throw away from the sea which is why the owners wanted to develop it to create larger views towards the sea & a balcony to enjoy alfresco living.
This was a pretty detached house which was tastefully decorated, we helped by building a 2-storey rear extension to create a larger master bedroom with vaulted ceiling giving the house a lofty feeling.
The family room was extended & a new sleek utility room fitted. The balcony wraps around the corner of the house with access through the bespoke French doors in the bedroom & a half-way landing was created to house a grand window overlooking the balcony & garden. The new wood decking enhanced with silver preservative gives a driftwood feel & mimics the balcony by wrapping around the house & tying the outside in. Updating 2 bathrooms & reconfiguring the layout improved the space & flow with emphasis on creating a brighter, lighter home with magnificent views enhancing their living experience. The clients then dressed their home with their exquisite taste.
