Linden Lodge
Linden Lodge stands on the plot of a previous bungalow which was dated & needed modernising, its owners approached an architect who produced some plans to extend the bungalow. When the quote was provided the project was over budget, luckily Mark stepped forward & advised if the bungalow was demolished & a new one built then the clients would save 20% vat & they would end up with the home of their dreams & not something which was trying to fit within the 3 remaining walls of the original property.
Linden Lodge was built of traditional brick & block work with cavity walls. The beautiful anthracite windows & doors truly complement the brick colour & pitched tiled roof. The property has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms & an amazing, vaulted kitchen/family room with bi-fold doors opening into the garden.
Chapel completed the look by landscaping the drive & laying the patio so that the owners, who were keen gardeners could show case their green fingers with a beautiful variety of plants & shrubs.
