Highstead
Highstead was a lovely, detached property standing in a secluded part of Woodbridge. Its new owners saw the potential in the tired facade & with some help extended, removed some walls, relocated the kitchen, replaced the windows & doors & added cladding to change the kerb side appearance.
Chapel Properties provided the design, drawings, planning permission & building regulations needed & then proceeded to transform the house into a beautiful contemporary home with the addition of a gym located in the garage. Just some landscaping outstanding when the weather improves.
This project shows how Chapel Properties can be involved from the initial enquiry taking to the completed project which can be vital when you may not have any experience in the building process, lack ideas or maybe do not have the time. We are happy to help at any stage.
