Green Farm
Green Farm, a picturesque Grade II listed house dating back to the 16th Century, it sits on a beautiful, secluded spot with a yard, barn, outbuildings, large pond within substantial grounds.

The 5 bed, 4 bathroom house arranged over 3 floors needed fully renovating, the exterior walls needed insulating & re-rendering in lime render along with the interior walls all finished off with specific breathable paint. Stunning timber double glazed windows were fitted & the interior oak beams cleaned & oiled.

A new ground source heat pump was fitted along with new traditional style column radiators, the house was re-wired & the roof insulated, repaired & replaced in parts to complete the existing farmhouse. We also built a huge single storey, vaulted kitchen- breakfast room which was accessed from the main house via a stunning part glazed hall, creating an instant impact. A luxury bespoke kitchen with underfloor heating, large sliding doors into the garden, walk in pantry, boot room & cloakroom flow off the main kitchen area. The extension was constructed of a masonry flint wall, burnt larch cladding & a slate roof which it gave a Barn feel, so complementing the house. An amazing place to live in….
