Drummond House
Drummond House, is a magnificent detached house built in the early 21st century nestled away just a short walk from town. It needed some updating & TLC to transform this bland house into a bright & luxurious home.
We improved the flow of the house by incorporating the large, dated conservatory by removing interior walls, fitting beautiful interior Crittall doors, laying underfloor heating & decorating which transformed it into an amazing family room with stunning bi-fold doors opening up the view & access to the garden.
The staircase was clad in oak to improve aesthetics, the interior doors & ironmongery replaced to complement the staircase & create a modern scandi feel. A new ensuite bathroom was reconfigured & fitted out along with a bespoke luxury custom made kitchen from Luxsmoore. The house has a grand size front door to make a statement entrance from the sweeping drive along with other creature comforts such as a wood burner, bespoke bookcases & a ‘wow factor’ his & hers dressing room. Chapel were delighted to help in the layout, design & inspiration to support our clients vision & needs to form a truly beautiful home to be proud of.
