Where once stood a small 3 bed cottage in need of a complete renovation… emerged a magnificent 4 bed, 3-bathroom house situated on one of the best plots.
The extension doubled the size of the house, leaving only 4 original walls to work with, it was constructed of steel & timber frame with zinc roof & cedar cladding. Aluminium windows & numerous large sliding doors completed the sleek look as it made the most of river views front & back.
A separate garage was built in keeping with the house & the build was finished with landscaped patios, paths & a shingle drive.
