Westacre
Westacre, was a plain chalet bungalow which underwent great improvements, with the client’s careful eye for detail & personal artifacts it was turned into a glamourous home. It has been a 2-phase plan, the 1st phase was to extend the master bedroom & ensuite. This also incorporated fitting sliding doors to gain access to the beautiful glass balcony.
This has made the most of the amazing views of the garden & the land running down to the river. By extending the roof structure to form 2 large, symmetrical canopies, which were both clad in larch with recess lighting gives the house quite a scandi feel & definite kerb appeal.
The 2nd phase was to build a large double height extension to the front of the property which has created a magnificent, open vaulted family room, with mezzanine office.
